Genusis™ 14-17mm white cultured freshwater pearl, rhodium over sterling
silver necklace. Measures approximately 0.50"W of an inch in width,
with a spring ring clasp closure. Colors, shapes and sizes may vary.
This exquisite strand of 14-17mm baroque pearls was cultured via an ingenious, revolutionary, and very modern cultivation process. We start with a mother-of-pearl nucleus. It’s very similar to those used to culture Tahitian and South Sea pearls. This nucleus produces spectacularly large pearls that are unlike most other freshwater cultured pearls.
The mussels used to grow these beauties have exceptionally colorful shells. Those shells are responsible for the amazing, all-natural colors that you see in this strand.
