approximately 0.81"L x 0.81"W and is not sizeable.. This

It is surrounded by an elaborate motif that alternates marquis-shaped details with swirling circles of jewels that are prong set and finished with milgrain accents. The word comes from the French, mille-grain and means “a thousand grains.” While it’s a detail that became extremely popular in the early 1900s, it actually dates back thousands of years and is one of the earliest jewelry design techniques.
We have a three-leaf pattern that is worked with a bezel frame onto the wrap portion of the piece. The jewels are prong set within the bezels for an additional element of interest.
